When you need to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher, send a note with your child requesting the teacher to contact you about a mutually agreeable time.  You should expect a call or note within two school days.  Drop-in conferences are not possible.

Teachers will schedule at least two conferences per year. Administrator and/or   counselor appointments can be made by calling the school office.  Most calls are returned the day they are received.

When the secretary is away from her desk or on another call, you may leave a message on voice mail.  Messages are retrieved as soon as possible and acted upon quickly.  We also use voice mail to keep you abreast of any inclement weather conditions that may relate to early dismissals, delayed openings or school closings.
